On mondays Nelleke van Dulken teaches pregnancy yoga.

At 19.00 she teaches pregnancy yoga. A good base posture is essential to go through pregnancy in a fit and healthy body. From this base posture, the Asana’s (yoga postures) are being built up to maintain strength and flexibilty. 

Asana’s are being alternated with breathing techniques and specific pelvic floor exercises. Beside that, trust, balance, concentration and finding space in your changing body are repeated subjects in the classes. By becoming more aware of your body and breathing you will learn to listen to your body and prepare your self for the childbirth. Of course we will share tips and information to prepare you to the birth of your child. The buildup of each class is the same, we end all classes by drinking a cup of tea together.
